BUG REPORT: New GET HELP chat bot gets the shakes when approached from below
Today, there is a new button (GET HELP) on the Home Page of the Family Tree. When I move the mouse pointer on to the button, the button moves up vertically. This is because when the mouse pointer is over the button, an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar is created at the bottom of the screen. When the mouse pointer is moved away from the button, the horizontal scrollbar disappears, and the button drops back to its previous position. All this happens if the button is floating; if I scroll the page down so that the button becomes locked in its own footer bar, the button does not move up and down, although the horizontal scrollbar still appears and disappears.
The most dramatic effect is when the floating button is approached relatively slowly from below.
I am using the Chrome browser with Windows 10. The browser window is maximized or restored on a 24.8" monitor.

I was not able to recreate the issue you mentioned above. It was all working properly as far as I can tell. I will send your information up the line to see if anyone can look into the issue.

This is also happening with the Edge and Firefox browsers. The Feedback button on the left margin also moves up and down in sympathy with the GET HELP button.
Here is a picture of what the bottom of the screen looks like when the mouse pointer is not over the GET HELP button:
When the mouse pointer is over the GET HELP button, this is the result:
