Merge Bug - Did not retain original completed ordinance information

Enjoy the new format, it is much better - Thank you! Completed a merge of two matching individuals where the surviving individual did not have any ordinances completed and the deleted individual had completed ordinances of Baptism and Confirmation. In the past it seemed this issue had been resolved to keep any completed ordinance work. Has something changed with the expected outcome?

PID's involved and steps taken:

Original merge with bug for John Kelley Thomas

  1. Merged - Deleted PID: GQWJ-KBR - Surviving PID: K881-6FJ . Ordinance information did not carry over and showed that all ordinance were needed and could be reserved.
  2. Unmerged due to error with ordinances using the undo merge in the change log to reverse the merge.
  3. Merged - Deleted PID: K881-6FJ - Surviving PID: GQWJ-KBR. Ordinance information result was correct and kept the already reserved ordinances
  4. Completed one more merge but kept surviving PID with ordinances as to not have errors again. Merged - Deleted PID: G5ZY-3K3 - Surviving PID: GQWJ-KBR.

This may be a known issue that has resurfaced, but wanted to provide the details if not.

Thanks!

@StefC Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

We started seeing this bug about a week ago, and have a few teams working on solutions that should be done soon.

    Thanks again!
