Editing Date and adding Details

I discovered that the only way to edit or add details to a memory appears to be from the list view of the memories. I can't figure out how to do it on the individual memories themselves.

When I attempt to add a date or a source citation to a memory from the list view edit, when I hit save, nothing appears to happen. I can't get the date to appear. It is very glitchy. Loads for a long time and doesn't want to save right. Trying to copy the citation, that I added in the details field, is also a no go. If I try to edit within the details field it just closes out the edit window.

Is this just a passing problem or a recurrent problem?

Yes, as I was playing around with the Edit—from the List View—I did have some problems saving the date. So I will share this information with the Memories Team.

But, here is some information that might help you when it comes to Editing a Memory….. but please let me know if you are having any further problems.

    First-

If you are in the Grid View of your Gallery, all you need to do is click on any one Memory (click on the Memory, rather than "Select"). You will be pulled into the Memory Viewer. You can click "Edit" at the top of the screen….from there you will be able to add details. I was playing in there today, and I didn't see any problems.

    Second-

If you are still in the Grid View of your Gallery and you click "Select," you can select several memories at once. Then, if you click "Actions," you will see an option to "Edit." However, this only allows you to change the Place and Date of all those memories—they will all have the SAME Place and Date.

    Third-

If you have a large Gallery, then there are already known issues with long load times. Please let me know if your Gallery is small, though, because this might be another issue.

    Thanks for your help!
