Memories/Gallery items not showing in Family Group
Memories/Gallery items are not displaying in the Family Group I created even though I have selected the 'Family Group' and added 'Tags' to a few images as test items.
When my invitee logs in, there are no Memories/Gallery items displayed at https://www.familysearch.org/en/memories/gallery/
Invitee is using Firefox 142.0 (64-bit) browser but has tried in Chrome with same result.
Computer is MS Win 11

@P7181 I think I see the problem.
For a Memory to appear linked to a person, you need to use a Person tag for the correct person. But in your Excel spreadsheet, it is clear that you added a Topic Tag and the name of the topic tag is the Person ID for the person you are trying to link to that Memory. But Topic Tags have no effect on linking a Memory to a person. You have to add a Person Tag. There are no person tags listed in the section labeled "Tagged People."
To add a person tag, you can just click on the person. For a photo, you can resize the selection rectangle to cover their face (very useful for photos with multiple people). Then in the box for the name, type the name of the person. For a Family Group Tree, make sure you choose the copy of that person in the Family Group Tree.

Adding the FGT person tag worked. IMHO, it is misleading when the Visibility text says, "To make this tagged Memory visible to others, you can set it to Public or share it with a group." Leads you to believe selecting the group is the only step when that is step 1 and step 2 is to add person tag(s).
Thanks for the help.

After discussing this with a friend, we wonder if your problem might be a misunderstanding of the Gallery.
If you create a Family Group and invite others to it, you can certainly share memories from you own gallery by tagging them to the other individuals in that Family Group. You would tag them using the Family Group PIDs (which are different than their living PIDs)…which I think you understand.
However, those memories will not appear in their own Gallery. Which might be the misunderstanding. They will only appear in the Tree: Go to your Family Group Tree, select one of the people in that Family Group, then look at the Memories from their Person Page.
Let me know if this doesn't make sense….or if you are encountering a different problem.
Best wishes!

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately still not working. See attached for steps completed and results received. Another issue has now appeared on the home page since adding the Family Group PID

Update … The new home page issue indicated in the previously attached document appears to be fixed. Information is displaying and Show More link is working.
I will await further instruction regarding Family Group display of Memories. Thanks.
