family history centre reporting Centre statistics not working

hi I'm the unit Tech specialist

i do all the computers in the FHC

the director only just brought it to my attention couple of days ago that he cant access the reporting site for the FHC .

is always been accessed through a book marked link no longer works

even when we enter the address manually into the browser we get the same results

also i believe that the unit should get a report reminder at the beginning of each month with a reporting link to the units FHC email account.

is this correct as have looked cant find any

I also found an article stating that FHC directors now do the report on LCR is this correct

New Family History Report Available in LCR

any help is desperately needed

is their an official help desk for FHC's in the UK as its been a couple of years since iv needed to contact them & the contact details i have no longer work
