Bring back justification options

In the old merge experience, there were four options for justifying why records were being merged. I appreciate that now consistent records will merge without a justification, but it would be great to have some of the old justification options available via a radio button for ease of justifying for common reasons (for example, "this record has little information, but likely represents the same individual" or "the names are different due to known spelling variations"; that sort of thing)

i kind of agree, but the issue is that they became pointless as users just clicked on one. now you have to put in some (hopefully meaningful) comment.

i like the fact that it auto puts in a message when no inconsistences are found.

We've heard this same feedback a lot and are working on a solution that we hope will be more helpful than the 4 previous options.
