What to do if a page is not indexed but it has a record with information?

I sent the following in an email but was told to put it here.

I went through all images of the following group and corrected them myself but found these complete omissions - which is something I could not correct because there were not indexed in the first place. This needs to be checked in all batches of records indexed by a computer.

Archivo General de la Nación (Santo Domingo de Guzmán, República Dominicana). Film Number/Image Group Number: 004407301

What can be done?

At the top of the sidebar says "manage indexes" which gives options to "add", "delete", or "edit households".
