Mexico 1930 census

I am unsure what has happened with access to the 1930 Mexico Census.
@SerraNola Can you look into this? Did something break?
Access via catalog links: https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/catalog/1307314
always seem to lead to "Images Restricted"
I don't think this is a contractual issue, or is it? The images are all available on Ancestry.
Did something go awry with the retirement of waypoints?
I'll copy this post to this group:
Thank you!

FamilySearch's ability to provide access to records relies on agreements with the organizations that own or manage the records. It is possible these agreements are subject to review or change at any time, potentially affecting the availability or access to these records. FamilySearch states that records can become unavailable if the agreement changes, or if new restrictions are put in place.
You can also check FamilySearch Catalog for 1930 census records:Mexico. It may have been a network glitch causing the records not to show for a period of time and they may be back online already. FamilySearch has not announced any removal of the records.

@Judy Smith_12 @SantaNinfa Due to new Mexican privacy laws, FamilySearch has restricted access to the 1930 Census to protect information about living individuals. The census will be released in 2030 unless future legislation allows earlier publication.

@SerraNola Thank you for the information.

I understand that it is not just Mexico, I believe Peru and Brazil may also have gone to a 100 year privacy ruling.
