FHL Film Number not bringing up results
Hello everyone! Now, I'm not a new user, at all. I don't know everything there is to know though, so I'm hoping someone can help me.
I have encountered several times, where I find a record on Ancestry, that was originally from FamilySearch and has a FHL Film Number. I'll copy/paste the number and it will bring up zero results. It just gives the error screen saying no results. This is for a marriage record. I've tried searching by FHL Film Number, Bride, Groom, location, exact date, etc. No results. It just seems odd, and it's likely an indexing issue between different eras of work and different platforms used through the years.
I can't provide all of the examples I've come across but I do have this one for a marriage record I mentioned. Can anyone help me locate the actual record/image? I would greatly appreciate it. If there is some tried and true method for locating these odd index issues that someone could share, that would be amazing too. Thanks!

The number on Ancestry is the old microfilm reel number. In this case, it refers to marriages from Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. And the DGS number, what FamilySearch uses today, is 7615384.
This is the record set.
Unfortunately, those records are not available to view outside SLC for non-Church members.I started my search from https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/catalog and put the number in the Film box.
