My colleague and I researched that family, including that accident, a couple of years ago. We have several newspaper articles and a photo. Happy to share if you don't have them.
I had inverted that death certificate because I found that easier to read.1

I read it as follows:
Disease or condition leading to death: Haemorrhage and shock due to: Multiple Injuries.
Place Of Injury: Street. Location: E2nd St Long beach, Los Angles, Calif.
Time of Injury: Sept 14 1950 1:55 [possibly A for AM?] How did the injury occur: Collision - Auto, Barricade.
Physician or Coroner's Certification, Signature: B** [maybe Ben] N. Brown, Coroner, ** Philip G. A*kins, Deputy. Address: 101 Hall of Justice, LA
The last two are the signature of the embalmer (W something Retts) and the registrar (D L*t****k).

First of all, why were you two researching that family and the accident? She is the sister of the husband of my 1st cousin once removed. Are you researching the Wojtaszewski family?

The Wojtaszewski family was collateral to a professional project.
