how do I find the passenger manifest for the ship SS La Touraine that sailed from Havre to New York arriving March 26, 1892. I know my grandmother was on the ship but I'm trying to find out if other family members traveled with her

The Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island foundation can show you the individuals by ship and date. You will need to register, but don't worry, it's free!

Click Ellis Island and then at the bottom: Ship Search. Type in the name of the ship and search. It will show them in order from most recent to oldest arrival date. You can change the order to 'Ascending' and your date will be near the top. Then click on the 'Ship Manifest' icon. The next screen will show the list of passengers at the bottom of the page.Ellis Island Ship search
