Is it possible to contact someone who posted a photo in a tree on FamilySearch ? and, if so, how I can do that.

If you look in the profile's change log, you will be able to see the name of the user who contributed the photo. Alternatively, you can look in the profile's Memories tab and click on the photo. In either case, click on the contributing user's name. That will pop up a dialog of user information. You can use the Chat button to send a message to the user, who may or may not respond. The user may also have chosen to publish their email address or phone number.
