Is a bride and groom kissing pic really restricted in their memories?
My son got married and I added bride and groom pics to his memories page. I really think it’s an over reach to restrict it on his own page. It’s a very innocent, clean picture.

The first check on images is always done automatically by some sort of algorithm that is notorious for rejecting stuff that it shouldn't. I assume that you received an email informing you of the rejection. You need to respond to that mail, as it suggests, explaining why you believe that it's fine and ask for review by a human being.
In all honesty, the algorithm knows nothing of any context and I doubt that it can tell precise details about what is going on, so it won't know if it's a marriage or who the parties are. Just ask for a review and don't let it get you down. Good luck

That's one of FamilySearch's policies on photos. So I'm sorry to say, I think it will be restricted regardless of review:

@Julie Henderson_1 and @GFre - well, it's worth a try. After all, the context is entirely different if it's a bride and groom - photographers tend to demand such photos!
(Some of the restrictions are tricky - I've loaded a report of a court case that was vital to prove someone's parentage. It was highly factual and couldn't be loaded in any other fashion but hardly led anyone to "love" the perpetrator, as required by the restrictions! Having said that, if I wrote out what I thought the rules should be, you'd still be reading them…)
