Baptism records for two people. Full document attached. Image for both in question.

full page with appollonia birth record.jpg just appollonia birth record.jpg

This is my Great Grandmother. Does this picture tell both baptism and date of birth?

Would anyone be willing to translate the whole page. All on this page were neighbors of my Dutch Great, Great Grandparents, Bastiaan Wijk and Johanna Bul, living in Paris, Kenosha County, Wisconsin.

Hi @maryrjurgaitis. I'll try my best with her entry. I'm not sure about the last letter of the priest's name, it's probably not an E. Also, the letters in parentheses are where I expanded the abbreviated word:

Die 18 mensis Septembris baptizati Apolloniam natum die 16 Septembris 1870 filiam Sebastiani Weik ejusque uxoris Johannae natae Bull. Lev.(antes) Matthia Mutter et Elisabetha Mayer.
    Joh B. Reinde

On the 18th of September I baptized Apollonia, born on the 16th of September 1870, the daughter of Sebastian Weik and his wife Johanna, born Büll. Godparents Matthias Mutter and Elizabeth Mayer.
    Joh(an) B. Reinde

    —

    The second entry:

Die 3 mensis Julii baptizati Mariam natum die 25 Junii 1870 filiam Nicolaus Johannes ejusque uxoris Margarithae natae Fritz. Lev. Johanne Johannes et Maria Maurice.

    Joh B. Reinde

On the 3rd of July I baptized Mary, born on the 25th of June 1870, the daughter of Nicolaus Johannes and his wife Margaritha, born Fritz. Godparents Johanne Johannes and Mary Maurice.
    Joh B. Reinde

For the others on the page, just take the base Latin transcription and change the numbers, months and names. The first date at the start is when the baptism took place, then it's the child's name with the date and year they were born, followed by the father and then mother with her maiden name. Finally, the godparents are listed before the priest who performed the baptism.

@maryrjurgaitis From the names on this sheet I would say these are typical german names. Also the latin points in the direction of german catholics. From about 1820 onwards in the Netherlands these baptisms would have been in Dutch or, during the french occupation, in French.
