How to attach a second mention of the same person using the source linker

On the profile for Adeline Ropose (GTCX-VF2), the following NUMIDENT source was attached:https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6KM3-R8T6
This source was indexed with two mentions of the daughter, Eugenia Figueiredo. I was able to attach the primary mention, but the second mention remains as an "Unfinished Attachment." The SourceLinker tool provides no way to attach this second mention to the existing Eugenia; its only function is to try and create a new, duplicate person.0 -
@awmorgan Re your post of July 14: You can usually attach these second mentions to the person from within the source linker.
- Attach the first mention as usual.
- Use the CHANGE PERSON on the right side to make the profile the focus.
- Use the CHANGE PERSON on the left side to line up the second (white) mention with the now-green focus profile.
- Use the ATTACH button to attach the second mention.
Here is what I can see after the first three steps for the record that you described.
