FamilySearch Account number from 2012
My friend cannot access her account because her cell phone number is not the same since she was last on several years ago.
I'm trying to help her get access to her account. Familysearch has confirmed that she has an account already which we already knew. We have her email address, her membership number, etc. How can I help her? She is 80 and not as adept at solving this kind of user problem relating to Familysearch. I use Familyseach every day but this issue is beyond my ability to help her.
I have all of her information necessary; full name, birth, membership #, cell # and email address. We live in St George Utah.
Hoping to get this solved soon so she can begin again.

Your friend, the account holder, must be on the phone with you when you contact support.

Good chances can be had at the St.George Family Search Center. Just south of St. George Utah Temple, on 600 South.
