Hungary Civil Registration, 1895-1980: Finding records which are not available on the website

Hello,

I am trying to find Hungarian civil registration records from Hajdú-Bihar county and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county. There are records from both counties on the website, but some are missing as well.

For example, in Püspökladány, deaths between 1915 and 1934 are missing.

Also, I noticed there are many towns in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg where only the records of 1895-1909 are available (Nyíregyháza and Nagyhalász for instance), while all the records are available in other towns from the same county.

I was wondering why there is no way to access those records on the website, and if there is a way to access them somehow.
