"ADD MEMORIES" Drag and Drop Not Working
Today, I was helping some users at the Logan center add memories to their gallery, and ran into this bug.
When you click ADD MEMORIES and choose "Upload", you get a popup saying "Drag and drop files to upload from your device or
SELECT FILES". If you drag and drop from Windows File Explorer into the popup, it won't upload them.
BUT, what's even stranger is if you don't click on "ADD MEMORIES", and instead drag and drop directly into the gallery page, it does upload them correctly 🤔.
Until I accidentally discovered this, I was worried a patron would have to drag and drop each individual photo one at a time, which—when you've got 48 or so files to add—is quite a lot 😅.
Is this a known issue? If it's something being worked on, I wonder if it would be worth temporarily removing the text saying you can drag and drop, or maybe putting a note about it somewhere on the page. It had us really confused, and I'd be really surprised if nobody else has run into the same issue.
In case it matters, I was using Windows 11 with Google Chrome. It's possible Chrome or another app was slightly outdated; I've heard that because the computers are setup by FamilySearch, we haven't been able to update some things 🤔.

I am using Windows 10 (I know about the deadline), at home.
Drag and Drop is a big fail. I tried with few photos at a time YESTERDAY. Had to use "Add Memories" instead. More than 100 photos to go.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I tested it on my Mac using Safari, and it behaves as you have reported. I will share this with the Memories Team, and I will add it to our list of Known Issues.
There have been several problems with the Uploader and "Drag and Drop," so we will add this to the list.

We believe this problem has been rectified by our Memories team. The Drag and Drop function is working as intended.
