FamilySearch does not provide any way to see the changes another user has made. You can see particular changes a user has made in the context of a profile in Family Tree or a variety of other places, but there is no way to see all the changes a user has ever made (or has recently made). I imagine this was an intentional decision based on privacy concerns.
