"How do I contact a contributor in the Chats section ?"

I have tried to send a message to a contributor in the Chat section with no success!. I am desperate to contact them to share family history .

Not everyone is active regularly; some folks don't answer messages.
If you have clicked on their name from the changelog or in the profile, that should give you the opportunity to create a message.

Hi Aine and thanks for the reply . I was looking at a distant ancestors profile and the memories part . I saw a picture of him and there was a contributors name who submited the picture . Then I went to the Chat box and typed in His name with a message . Unfortunately I have had no reply 😓
