The FamilySearch help page says:

"Sign in to your FamilySearch account and access your privacy settings, where you can control directory visibility, relationship viewing, and third-party access."

I want to disable my family tree from being searched on Google Search.

If by "my family tree" you mean the profiles (records) of deceased people in Family Search Family Tree that are linked to you, those profiles belong to the Tree as a whole and you have no control over how those profiles can be accessed or by who. The accessibility (of the whole tree) is determined by FamilySearch.

Profiles of living people that you have entered are in your personal private space and you are the only person who can access them. Unless something incredibly stupid and / or incredibly clever has happened, that means Google Search cannot access those profiles.

There is no equivalent in FamilySearch of Ancestry's ability to say that "Person X is in this tree but we cannot give you any details for them".

To answer your direct question, your privacy settings are found when you click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage. However all of those particular settings you mentioned are related to your account's privacy, not the FamilySearch Family Tree. As @Adrian Bruce1 explained, the FamilySearch Family Tree (all the deceased people) is public and accessible to anyone, including Google searches.
