When will this section Memories/people be available again? What & how are Tags used?

I am working on my family history and have relied heavily on the People section to help me find and identify family members. Also to be able to piece things in a chronological order events that occurred in history. I greatly enjoy reading the histories of my ancestors which helps make connections of events and people. I do hope the People portion and Find Pages will be included when the Memories section is up and running again. Not being able to access it at present as put a kink in the progress of doing my family history as living individuals are no longer alive to find information.
