Different Last Name Flag

I though this was fixed, but maybe that was just in the Data Quality Score:

-dr, -dt, and -dtr are such standard abbreviations for -datter and -dotter that this really should not get flagged as different last names. They are the same.

The routine does correctly identify that Guri and Guro are the same first name.
