Glitch with parents--programmers please check this.
I encountered a strange problem today. I was entering a census record, but only one parent was known, and only by her initials and married name.
Here is the completed record. I changed MB Scott to Maggie B Scott. I also added daughter Louise who was not previously in the family. I edited a few of the children's names to add middle initials, etc.
Then I went to Maggie B's record GC68-NBL to remove her married surname and to add the spouse named Scott P3C4-RL4. But her Person page shows only 1 child—the one I just added.
To find out where the other children went (they were already connected to Maggie before I attached this source), I went to the person page for son William GC68-KL7. His person page shows all the other children, connected to the father I just entered.
There must be a glitch in Source Linker that changed the parent-child relationships in this specific situation. (I have fixed the records, so they won't look like this any more.)
I have seen other problems with parent-child relationships in Source Linker when I use Change Person to make a parent the Person of Record. It typically resolves when I do a reload. I don't know if this is related or not.
