Hello @Nora White, I can't see that there have been any recent major changes in the mobile app, are you perhaps using the browser on your 'phone? Which specific FamilySearch functionality is causing you problems?

@MandyShaw1 I think "blowing it up" in this case might mean enlarging as in font size for reading purposes which is why I don't do FS on my phone; I need my large desk computer for everything but talking on my phone 😎

@maryellenstevensbarnes1 I'm sure that's what the OP means (and I have poor eyesight myself) but I'm confused that they say something has changed recently to make the situation worse.

@MandyShaw1 Forgive me if this sounds silly (my brain and mouth/fingers don't always connect), but do phones have anything like cookies where they have to be "cleaned up" to function properly in various apps? Maybe this will give Nora a clue to what's wrong?😎

I, too, have had the same problem that Nora appears to be reporting. I try adjusting settings using the Zoom function, but I then get a screen with gigantic characters! Generally, the appearance looks okay until the individual discussions are opened.
Whether it's the phone / OS is the main issue I guess, as it only appears to be three of us who are experiencing the issue. I have a Motorola Android that has Chrome.
That is not the only issue I have experienced. Regularly, the Community link / icon disappears from the phone screen, so I am constantly having to add it back. Also, last night it took three attempts for "Vanilla" to verify I was a human!
Why only with Community am I having such problems? Like @maryellenstevensbarnes1 I make only limited use of my phone, as I am not very dextrous. I never use the main FamilySearch site, nor do I log into Community, as I would find it impossible to use the phone keypad to make responses.
An unrelated issue, but I am now getting the "Verifying you are human" message on my PC, too. Perhaps FamilySearch could liaise with the Vanilla folks in an attempt to resolve problems that appear to be unique in using this forum - especially via the phone app. My breakfast routine (before I switch on my PC) of using my phone to (1) check my emails (2) read the BBC news (3) check out the latest Community posts, has now been disrupted by the appearance of the font problems relating to the last item!

After writing the above - and having cleared cookies (via Chrome) on my phone - I have made a number attempts to log in to Community (using said phone), but Vanilla Forums Inc. is still unable to verify I'm a human!

totally agree - mind boggling to me how anyone can do any serious family research on a smart device screen only a few square inches in size - compared to a large full computer screen. I would go nuts.
But that being said - being able to access various FS screens via my cell phone is very nice - such as "ordinance ready" and others that I need to access anywhere.
What particular screen were you alluding to? and on the web browse or on the app?0
