family Tree mobile App "login error"
hi helping a member who is having problems signing in to FamilyTree mobile app on iphone.
she logs in ok to family search and uses same details on family tree but gets "login error error logging in" we get the same error trying to login to familytree on my iphone or ipad so it appears to be an account issue.
any ideas

We (FamilySearch Support) have seen a couple other instances of this happening and it has been reported to the engineers. There is no timeframe of when it will be resolved. Please check back in a few weeks and call FamilySearch Support if it has not been resolved.
