In 17th century English records the maiden name of a wife / mother is often missing. If only the given name is known is it usual / appropriate to use the married surname for temple submission, etc. or just continue with the given name alone? This assumes that a search of relevant records has failed to find her maiden name.

Just enter the given name and leave the surname blank. There is guidance in How do I enter names in Family Tree?. It will help with hinting and searching to also add an alternate Married Name.
