For Full Name Review

I just reviewed the the following names listed as Bertha M. (given name A-D) and William R. (Given name Q-Z) and Phelps (in Grantor name column). When adding Bertha M.'s name to William, the system puts Bertha M. William R. in the Given Name box. How do I separate this couple into two different names?
