Add Description when creating new Event or Fact

When adding a census or other type of information to a profile in the Source Linker, it is now working very well to complete the date and place exactly as it should be:

which is very convenient. However, this does not allow adding a description of what the item is. Could this be added to make it look like this mock up?

When working on profiles, I often find random residences with no indication of what they represent and it can be difficult to then dig through all the sources to find out exactly what the residence is and why it was added, particularly if the event didn't get tagged. Having that extra box to add the description when attaching the source would encourage people to do so.
