The correct baptism date for Mariah Hannah Smith (K896-WMJ) is 9 August 1888 in Lawrence County, Tennessee. I have added an image of the missionary journal page that describes her baptism to her memories. I can supply the film number held by the Church Archives, if that would help. The family would like to correct the date that shows in her ordinances. How can this be corrected?

@melanes You will get a better answer if you post ordinance questions in the Temple category. Because of that, your question has been reposted in the Temple category. You can find that discussion here. We will close this discussion. If you have more to add, please do so in the new discussion.
