id # wrong

so on my sisters Tree My id number is gv44-gw1. In my tree it is completely different. If I search using that id it says "no person found". If I type my name it says the same thing.
Now when i started I put all my info manually, it messed up my sisters tree because it added me again with the new id number, she fixed it on hers. How can i change my id or search and find me with id #gv44-gw1.

The only way one user can see exactly the same living profiles (same PIDs) as another user is to use a Family Group Tree. Otherwise all living profiles/PIDs are private to the creating user. I would therefore suggest you and your sister establish a Family Group Tree.

A little clarification - @Fino5 you have a profile for yourself that only you can see. Your sister has created a profile for you that only she can see. If other family members are active on FamilySearch, and have included you in their research, each of them will have a profile for you that only each one of them can see.
Once we pass over and are documented as deceased in each case, those profiles can be merged into a single profile on FS.
All of this is done to protect the absolute privacy of living persons.
