Source Change Log issue

I recently clicked on the Family Tree | My Contributions link and saw some individuals that I knew I hadn't touched in months at the top of the list. Clicking on the Show All drop-down link I could see many dozens of changes, often 5 or 6 times in a single day. Looking at that individual I can see that something has gone awry. For some reason FamilySearch is showing a particular source being updated constantly, even though I haven't touched it in months; e.g.:

I can see this same behavior on a number of other individuals that I had worked on. Is this a known problem? Is anyone else seeing this?

This needs to be corrected at is overwhelms the change log on these individuals
