BillionGraves collection: multiple identical entries

Profile Herbert George Graham has 23 sources attached. They are all from the BillionGraves Index collection and have identical information. Five had been attached in 2020 and 2021, and I just attached the remainder from hints today (so that the engineers can find them quickly, you understand).

When I do a record search in the collection with just the exact name criterion, there are 22 results, all identical. I have two questions:

1. Where did source number 23 come from? When I opened them in the source linker, none of them had a "retired record" warning.
2. Why are there even two, let alone 22 (or 23) duplicates?

@JulianBrown38 I have not been able to determine the source of this error and we have had no other reports of duplication from BillionGraves. Perhaps this was a fluke but we have made note of it and put it on the watch list. Thank you for reporting.
