What happens if I come from Spanish nobility and kings in 1500 when tracing my family tree?
I would like to know if there is anything to this or if it is simply historical information.

I'd be very interested to know I come from nobility. Without historical information/stories, we wouldn't have much basis for all our differing opinions and insights into what shapes our personalities, intellect, environment, politics, religion or really much of anything

I'm just a regular user here, but if I'm understanding your question correctly, if you have reason to suspect you descend from notables from 500 years past that's something that might well be of genealogical interest to others, especially those who might share such a connection, so in the corresponding source section for each ancestor you would likely want to include references to as many primary and authoritative secondary sources so that others are able to corroborate your claims, since more eyes and heads are better than done. Cheers.

most all of us descend from royalty on at least one or more of our million different ancestral lines - if you go back 20 or so generations . . .

What happens? Nothing much other than learning that everyone you meet is your relative. 1500 is 1000 years ago. That means that you are related not just to Spanish royalty of the time but you are related to all European royalty of the time and all European peasantrey, and all classes in between.

I bet you are a descendant of Charlemagne.
