Father and Mother not related - How to represent it?

I have an issue in my tree, I need assistance on how to repair it. The father and mother of my great-great-granddad are not related (that we know). The father's name appears for the first time at the christening of his grandchildren.

The issue came when I first discovered there was a father. I tried to identify it and reproduce the no relationship. Somehow I ended up having a single mother with some unknown fellow, as well as the father of my ancestor connected to her… And I haven't been able to revert it.

The AI generated answer is as follows:

To add parents when there was no relationship between the father and the mother in Family Tree, follow these steps:

    1. Add Both Parents Individually:
      • Navigate to the Person page of the child.
      • Click "View Family."
      • Under "Parents and Siblings," click "Add Parent" or "Add Another Parent."
      • Enter information about the parent and click "Next."
      • If you know the ID of the parent, click "Find By ID Number."
      • Review the search results. If you find the right parent, click "Add Person." If not, click "Create Person."
    2. Indicate No Couple Relationship:
      • If the parents never married and never lived together, delete the couple relationship between the parents.
      • FamilySearch will show that there was no couple relationship between the parents.
    3. Add Relevant Notes:
      • You can add relevant information about their relationship as a note to each parent.
      • If the parents never married and never lived together, be sure to add relevant notes to each parent.
    4. Separate Family Lines:
      • Adding each parent individually to the child will result in each parent's family line appearing separately, meaning you won't be able to view both lines at the same time.
      • Indicate the child's relationship to each parent by clicking the edit (pencil) icon next to the child. In the pop-up window under each parent, click the edit (pencil) icon to add relevant details.

By following these steps, you can accurately document the parent-child relationships in Family Tree even when there was no relationship between the parents.

I'm not altogether clear about the individuals / relationships to which you are referring here. If you are saying Julio's father was not Jose, you can amend the relationship to Step / Adoptive instead of Biological. If his biological father is unknown, go to his mother's (Marianna's) page and add Jose (again) as a "child with an unknown father". It is quite common for a child to be assigned two (or even multiple) sets of parents in Family Tree: usually in connection to illegitimacy, or adoption (especially if one or both of their biological parents have died during their childhood).
