I cant find a "feedback" button on a page to report errors
The page at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:61VN-TY62?lang=en has a couple of errors, but the edit button is not active (it is an obituary page), and there is no "feedback" button. The obituary that generated the page is from Marlow, Oklahoma and it is clear the death occurred there, so the Death Place should be Marlow, Stephens, Oklahoma, not Marlow, Milam, Texas. Place of birth is clearly stated as Stephens County, (implied Oklahoma), so should be , Stephens, Oklahoma, not Stephens Township, Tillman, Oklahoma.

This collection has been discussed a few times. The index was created by an external third-party data aggregator, Domega.

@MandyShaw1 It might also be due to standardization of place names when a person uses Verify Places in Opportunities - I've wanted to talk about this before but did not want to be negative in comments. Just my opinion, but I don't think we should be changing place names without putting in a source that researchers/family can verify, either thru an explanation in the Reason for Change box or an original, documented source ie a census or reliable directory (even an old-style phone directory) or personal letters/fam histories etc

This source also has an error in the event date (i.e. the obituary publication date) which is over a year after the date of death. This is a common error in this collection.
There used to be a button on the record viewer form (for this collection) for reporting errors; it was there because the record was created by a computer and might contain errors. As I noted in a comment in the thread that Áine referred to, that button, and the warning associated with it, disappeared some time ago.

@Bill_H01t You can edit and give Feedback from the Image Viewer for this collection. To get there you will need to click on the link to the collection and search for the person. You will notice that I corrected the death place to Marlow, Stephens, Oklahoma, United States, but in the index details and search results it still displays the Texas place name. This is the well-known place name error where the system has picked the wrong Marlow as the Standardized Place Name.
The important thing is that you can correct names, places, dates, and relationships and attach the image with correct data, despite the fact that it is wrong on the details page.
