Images will not fully load

@SerraNola I wonder if you can get an issue reported for us? In the Czech Republic, Church Books, 1552-1981, the indexed data for Stefan Langer opens readily:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:65RT-GXFV?lang=en
But, if you click to open the image, the system churns for a while and then stops. Typically, in support, we use the Feedback button on an image screen to report issues, but because the system is choking, the Feedback button is not working. So, we are left with no way to report this. The user indicated that there are 83 copies of this particular record—not sure how she came to that conclusion. But something is certainly amiss.
Thanks for working your magic to get the info to the right people!

@N Tychonievich I believe it is only Film #5654916 that does not load index data in either image viewer. FWIW, the Feedback button was visible, but did not open for me. I will see that this gets to the right team. Thanks for reporting.

I got 83 as that's how many hints I got for the same source

@N Tychonievich The image opened immediately for me.

@ The image opens, but the indexed data panel never populates and eventually a message appears "Unable to load data" and everything freezes—at least that is my experience and the experience of the user who reported the issue. I tested in Firefox and Chrome on a Windows 11 computer after clearing cookies and cache.

I'm running Windows 10, fully updated. Over the last year or so, I've switched to Chrome for most work on FamilySearch. I've been a devoted Firefox user for decades, but it doesn't work well with the latest iteration of FamilySearch.
I just tried the URL from your post, this time in Firefox, and the image does not display as quickly as in Chrome, but I do have a Feedback button on both.

Yep, you can SEE the Feedback button, but you can't actually USE it. The system freezes because it is trying to load the indexed data panel—and it can't.
