This ancestor was merged incorrectly. "Jennie" is a nickname for LZBP-R65 Genoveva Cardenas. Can we get help to update. All info belongs to LZBP-R65 Genoveva Cardenas. thank you

When I visit Genoveva's profile and go into the change log (from the app, but should hopefully be the same on a PC), the most recent entry is this merge and there is an Unmerge button. Using that would be the best thing to do (check both profiles carefully afterwards though). Any further problems, just post again.

As I look at this page it seems that instead of merging Jennie and Genoveva they added them together as spouses. If that is what you trying to say then you need to edit the relationship between the two by clicking on the pencil to edit that relationship. Then click on the remove. Then if they they are the same person you can use the merge by ID on the side of the page to merge them properly.

On my PC it does look a little different, sorry.
From detail page for Genoveva go to Latest Changes (right hand side) and click Show All.
The incorrect Merge comes up at top of change log with Merge Analysis option at right hand side.
Click Merge Analysis and you will get an Undo Merge button top right (sorry can't do a screenshot without exposing user names).
Does that do it?
