Technical issue with attaching source

I’m having a technical issue with attaching sources ongoing for about 2 weeks. When I click on the “Attach to Tree” button a blank white popup window appears on the right where there would normally be the sequence of popups for attaching a source. I've turned off popup blockers, tried a VPN, different browsers, updated my browsers, I've used my phone with wifi turned off and all with the same result. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried clearing your FamilySearch cookies? That is often the answer.

    We need a little more information about what you are seeing. Is this happening in every record you try to attach, or is it only one specific record or collection? Can you give me the URLs for some of the records you are trying to attach? Also, which person are you trying to attach the record to? Can you give me a PID?
