Family Review Ecuador error

I am working in Family Review on an image from Catholic Church records in Ecuador. Your vaunted AI completely missed a record on the page. I have no means to add a completely new record so I'm turning to you.

It is on the left side of the image, page 116 in April 1848 (page 117 is written on the opposite page). It is the third baptism record down, sandwiched between the record for Manuel Lima and for Maria Manuela Malto. The child's name is Maria Natividad Gaulia. Manuel was baptized on 15 April (misma fecha as the record above). Maria Manuela was baptized on 23 April. The missing Maria Natividad was baptized on 17 April.

Actually, what AI did was to mix the record of Maria Natividad with the record for Manuel and then jumped straight to Maria Manuela.

@Ashlee C. @A Nelson , I don't know who to address this to.

    @Jerry Hill Thanks for catching that. I will send it on to the engineers.

    @Ashlee C.

    While you're talking to the engineers, you might also encourage them to train their AI to do a better job of picking out names and relationships. I just finished an image in those Ecuador records. Out of the 8 records on the page, 7 had the baptizing priest suggested as the Principal. This is in spite of the form being pre-printed with handwritten data entries, and the priest's name being repeated in his signature after each record. In the old days, even a poor indexer would have gotten it right. So I had to go through the process of deleting that name from the records 15 times.

    Another issue that has to do with the whole app:
    Could you ask them to pplllleeeeeaaasse make the program quit jumping/scrolling out to full screen every time we switch to another field or start to edit/add a highlight? That wastes an awfully lot of time zooming back in to where you just were, editing or reading.

    Thanks,
    Jerry

    Do you know a work-around for this second issue?
