Two Help dialog issues: Page not found and useless "Give feedback" mechanism

I have two issues relating to Help pop-up dialogs.
Page not found in the Community help system
In the Help dialog of the community domain, the second item on the list is "GETTING STARTED How to Do Family History". The result of clicking on this link is a "Page Not Found" message.
"Give feedback" does nothing useful
This applies to the Help dialogs in both the FamilyTree and Community domains. On each, there is a "Give feedback" link. The first time I clicked this, I was asked to rate my experience in using FS on numeric scale. I did that, and got thanked for doing so: "Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.". And, that was it! Since then, if I click the link, I get a message "Heads up - it seems you have already completed this survey!" And again, that is it. What is the point of this? How do I give actual feedback, other than by posting here?

@JulianBrown38 Regarding the first issue, in my Help Popup, I also see an option for "How to Do Family History", but it works just fine. It takes me to How do you want to get started?, which is a valid page. I wonder what is different for you? What URL are you taken to?

@Alan E. Brown I get the same page not found. It sends me to this URL. https://community.familysearch.org/en/home/etb_gettingstarted
It this where it should send me?

I know what the issue is. If you are in the community and try to access the getting started page from the help popup, it is directed to the wrong URL. It works correctly if you are on a FamilySearch page. We'll get this submitted as a bug and get it fixed. Sorry for the issue @JulianBrown38.
