The tree views (pedigree Views) are all built from the data and relationships on person pages. If you want to change something on the tree, you need to make a change of some person page. In this case, you could remove the couple relationship between your father and mother or the parent child relationship between your mother and her parents. Not sure why you would want to do that, but I think those are the choices.

Expanding a little on @Wayland K Adams' answer - just in case you aren't clear on this, any change you make to a deceased person's entry on Family Tree, or to their relationships, will affect what everyone sees, not just you. If it helps, you can alternatively make the pedigree views show a different couple relationship by setting which is the Preferred spouse.
