Why, oh why?

Family Review—  I have doing Puerto Rico and Argentina christening records.  At the right is marriage information, primary name is always wrong, parents' surnames are also highlighted at the same time.  I correct the primary name. Everything is good, but the next highlighted person is no relation, but also not the same certificate number. Is totally a different family.  What do I do?  When there is a marriage, there is this same problem.   Can't remove people who do not belong to that certificate. Next problem, adding an event can be difficult, I highlight the date or place.  I add them to the appropriate places; the computer rejected them.  I do it again and again, maybe it will add the information. Next problem, unknown primary, I highlight a primary and must add each family member through selecting from the list.  I am fine with this, but will other indexers do this?

Full Names— Why not start at the beginning of document-left to right.  Get everyone instead a few.  I correct a name.  I think it is correct, but is it?  Alot of repeating of the same person in the same spot, but the name is not corrected.  I CORRECT the name Again and AGAIN.

What do use in family review if I not sure the name is? AI is wrong…

Where are the character symbols for the alphabet?

Do you want marriage information recorded when available? But how? can't delete primary name when wrong? If I do, all information is wrong.

A lot of unnecessary highlighting on people who do not belong to family A lot removing names other than primary.

Before this I could review in a few minutes for primary name, now it takes twice or more time to do one name.

No good instructions. You are on your own to figure it out. I have taught many how to do web indexing. They thought that was difficult. This one is no crowd pleaser

32 years I have been doing this. I have been through cards to web indexing. Loved every minute to serve my brothers and sisters. But this new program is frustrating, and I feel I am overwhelmed.

@CarolGroberg1 Thank you for your feedback. I will send these issues to the engineers.

Family Review is probably the most complicated of the Get Involved activities. You may want to start with Quick Name Review and Full Name Review.
