In this set, its confusing what to do with this. Part of this is how they've done the unorganized manner of how they frame the names either with or without parts that either shouldn't be there or are skipped.

I'm not sure what to do on that one partly because it skipped the V between Theodore and W.

Also it might even be nice if there was a button to have the AI REDO a section entirely. Then have it go right up to where people edit the spacing of the names BEFORE they edit the name itself.

    @russellporter1 Your link won't let me see the batch, but it looks like you are doing Quick Name Review. One thing to keep in mind is that all the names that go through Quick Name Review will also go through Full Name Review. Full Name Review is where missing initials (like the V between Theodore and W) or other parts of the name will be picked up.

    Quick Name Review is simply asking you to review what is highlighted. So if it highlights Theodore W, (even though it skipped the V) you are reviewing Theodore W. If it is a name of a person and is spelled correctly (as it is spelled in the document) click "Match" and move to the next name. The missing initial will be picked up later on.
