When I look at my family tree on my phone or tablet I see pictures of my ancestors but on my computer I only see the blue and pink general heads. Is there a way to see the photos on my computer also?

If you click the Options button in the upper right, you'll see one of the options is to show portraits. Make sure that option is turned on.

In sending a memory picture of my great Grandparents which is faces and a victorian background which was denied. It is sad when we are doing our best to accomplish our family history and meet such roadblocks along the way. This picture is important to me however your and direction getting these pictures uploaded would be greatly appreciated!

The initial review is done by an automated process which often gets it wrong. You should have received an email about this, just reply to it requesting manual review and all may very likely be well.

It looks like the photo was upside down. It's possible the system didn't understand even though it can be corrected manually. Thank you for your directions.
