How do I remove this person, Carl Last LX7P-69M, from the tree?

I incorrectly took LX7P-69M Carl Last as my great grandfather. His birth date does not match great grandfather's tombstone or any of the census records I have found or the age listed on the passenger list when he entered the USA. Family stories say he was born in 1840 in Prussia not 1844.

You have to do this by editing the relationships. I notice that you have Carl Last LX7P-69M listed with two wives. Go to the person page for the wife where you want to remove Carl Last LX7P-69M. Click on the pencil icon to the right of their marriage information. Choose to remove or replace the husband. If you have the Id of the correct husband, you can enter that or fill in the information about the correct husband. Then chose to replace. Here are the more detailed instructions.
