PDF print driver overlapping characters using FSC equipment ChromeOS
I have noticed that sometimes Ordinance Cards are printed with overlapping characters (two characters on top of one another on the paper). This is NOT a case of non-english characters.
I've seen the problem with Names and I just noticed that it is also occurring with the printed FamilySearch Person IDs. The problem is showing on three of four couple sealing cards that I printed at my local FamilySearch Center using a FSC Computer (running Chrome OS).
I'm a stake technology specialist. Any suggestions how I can diagnose and correct this problem at my local FamilySearch Center?

After some testing, I have the following observations:
- The overwrite problem seems to occur when the string (Name or FS PID) has a "K" as the first character.
- The problem occurs when printing the PDF file containing ordinance cards was created on a machine running Chrome OS Flex but NOT when the PDF file was created on a machine running MS Windows 11.
- The problem occurs when printing the PDF file on the Lexmark MX622 printer in our FSC but NOT when printing the same PDF file on the Xerox printer in our Materials Center
- The problem occurs both before and after updating the Lexmark MX622 to the latest firmware.
