When in Source Linker I don't see a place to choose not a match.

The initial Not A Match button appears to be right at the start. I selected a hint, got details of the hinted record and two buttons at the bottom labelled "Review and Attach" and "Not A Match".

After I select "Review and Attach", I'm then in Source Linker where each persona has Cancel, Not a Match, and Attach as options.

So normally, there are two Not A Match stages - at the beginning for the whole thing, and in Source Linker for each individual, just in case, for instance, it's the right census (say) but a child has been lined up against the wrong child who has the same name.

Your case has no "Not A Match" because it's a different problem. It looks to me like the census record is being matched to the right family - in the sense of being right by name. But the census in question has already been attached to four people in FS FamilyTree. The whole point is that each person in each record should only be attached to one person in the tree, so you're getting all those warning triangles. And it looks like there's no "Not A Match" button because matching in the conventional sense isn't the issue here.

I have no idea what the definite truth is here, but I would suggest that Albert George Stelmach (GKBM-5CP) and his family referred to on the left are duplicates of George Stelmart (GJ5F-6ZN) and his family referred to on the right. If you can confirm that is so, then your job is to merge the Stelmart and Stelmach families - obviously you need to decide the correct name, etc.

Once that merge has been done, there will be no need to touch that 1930 census because it's already attached to the Stelmachs.

As I said, the absence of "Not A Match" is because it's not the same sort of issue - you just have to back out by killing the tab in the browser, or using the browser's back-button, etc.
