I am doing full name review and I got an entry with 2 full distinct names highlighted. Do I simply detach the second name and let it go? Is there a separate option to create a new name entry and input the second name there?

I've seen the same situation and there are no options to create a new name entry. In fact, you can't even be sure which name AI wants verified so we end up either eliminating a name or leaving the extra highlights in place in which case AI/FNR has you reviewing the same page over and over until every highlight is accounted for. My opinion is that there is no answer, only questions. . . 😂

I too have seen this come up before. I have found that it is oftentimes the name that it has just done prior to the one you are working on. When I have hit the back button and re-entered the information for one or two entries before, when I get to the entry that originally had two complete names highlighted, the highlight on one of the names had disappeared. I have seen this several times and in every instance but one the highlight disappeared after going back and then forward again. Once, however, both full names stayed highlighted and I just decided to choose one to detach the highlight and did the other one. Both names had been done multiple times anyway. I don't know if this helps or not. There seems to be so many little glitches that still need to be worked out.
