ERROR REPORT - Record search by location fails

If I know the location, I usually start my search from that location to narrow the record search.

I have bookmarks set for the states I research most often. Just now, I needed to search in a state I don't have bookmarked. Trying to isolate a search to any location is not possible because of an error message.

Then, I tried searching on a state I have bookmarked, Illinois, and I got a different error message.

The same error message appears for any state. I tested Florida, New Jersey, and Alabama.

Windows 10, tested on both Chrome and Firefox, all fully updated.

Engineering is reporting this fixed now. They did say some users may need to clear cookies:

Just a few minutes ago I tried Search by Place and it wouldn't let me search by US state; but, countries worked fine. As for Canadian provinces, Saskatchewan would load but not Ontario. Now it's completely broken. I can't even click on it.

Thanks for confirming that it's not just me, GFre. It is possible to search from the main search, more options, and then input a place (state or province).
